Delivery
Q: How can I track my parcel?
A: To follow the progress of your delivery:

Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Delivery may take 4 to 7 days.
Q: How long will it take to receive my tracking number?
A: You will receive the tracking number for your parcel 24 hours after your purchase!

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Beyond this timeframe, your parcel may already be in preparation or on its way — in which case, a return will be required once you’ve received it.

Q: One or more items are missing – what should I do?
A: If part of your order hasn’t arrived, there’s no need to worry. In some cases, items may be dispatched separately due to stock availability or warehouse location. This helps ensure faster and more efficient delivery.
