Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Order Cut Off Time: 17:00 (GMT+08:00) Hong Kong Standard Time (Hong Kong).
Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday).
Shipping Fees
Standard Shipping: Free on all orders within the UA.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email.
Once the order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be provided.
Tracking updates may take 24 hours after dispatch.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Address change requests can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at help@hike-summit.com.
We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 7 business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
In the case of damaged packages, notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
Confirmed lost or damaged packages will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
