VIP Club Subscription Terms

By subscribing to the Hike-Summit VIP Club, the subscriber agrees to be charged £12.99 per month.

In return, VIP members receive exclusive benefits, including the opportunity to participate in a prize draw or can also receive a bonus of up to £50, as well as several other member-only benefits (see the full list in the VIP CLUB section).

This discount remains active as long as the subscription is maintained. If the subscriber chooses to cancel or if the subscription is interrupted for any reason, access to the 50% discount will be revoked immediately.

VIP Club Payment Terms

A recurring payment of £12.99 will be automatically charged to the subscriber’s account each month on the anniversary date of their initial subscription.

Private collections depend on the season and current offers.

If a payment fails or is delayed, the VIP membership and all associated benefits — may be suspended without notice until the payment issue is resolved.

This website is operated by a company based abroad, operating in several international markets.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing from a foreign company.
All purchases are subject to our International Terms and Conditions of Sale, available on our website.

Like any subscription, it gives the right to priority and unlimited access, and not to mandatory consumption.

Cancellation Policy – VIP Club

Subscribers may cancel their VIP Club membership at any time, free of charge, by contacting our support team at help@hike-summit.com. Cancellations are processed within 2 business days of receiving the request.

Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken. However, any amount already charged for the current billing cycle will not be refunded, as the benefits remain accessible for the remainder of the paid period.

In the rare event that your cancellation request is not processed correctly and a payment is taken after cancellation, the charge will be fully refunded.

If you joined the VIP Club by mistake and have not used any of the benefits, you may request a refund by contacting our support team.

All subscription benefits, including any discounts, will be immediately revoked once the membership is cancelled.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend the VIP Club terms at any time. Should any changes be made, subscribers will be notified in advance.

If a subscriber does not agree with the revised terms, they may choose to cancel their membership by following the cancellation procedure outlined above.

Continued use of the subscription following the update will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

Personal Data

By joining the VIP Club, the subscriber agrees that their personal data may be processed by hike-summit.com in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These subscription terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or enforcement of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

By subscribing to the VIP Club on hike-summit.com, the subscriber confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
